Spotlight on Danielle White: Principal of Northside Elementary
Danielle White, principal of Northside Elementary, brings over two decades of experience to her role as a dedicated educator and leader. Originally from Mastic Beach (Long Island) New York, she is a 1993 graduate of Arlington High School and has been in education for 26 years, with 7 years as a principal.
Mrs. White is supported by her familyβher husband, Darren, and their four children: Walker, Austin, Delia, and Dillan. Together, they provide the foundation that allows her to balance the demands of her career with her personal life.
For Mrs. White, the most rewarding part of her job is watching both her students and teachers grow in their knowledge and skills. Seeing those moments of growth and development brings her immense satisfaction, knowing that her work has a lasting impact.
However, the role of principal also comes with significant challenges. Mrs. White finds it particularly tough to try and be everything to everyoneβstudents, staff, and parents alike. The desire to be more than enough for those she serves weighs on her, but it's driven by her deep love for what she does and who she does it with.
Mrs. Whiteβs leadership at Northside Elementary continues to foster a positive learning environment where both students and staff are encouraged to grow, learn, and thrive. Her passion for education and her commitment to her school community are at the heart of her success as a principal.
Thank you for your dedication to Tift County Schools! #4theT

Spotlight on Dr. Stephanie Morrow: Principal of Annie Belle Clark Elementary
Dr. Stephanie Morrow, principal of Annie Belle Clark Elementary School, is a proud 1990 graduate of Tift County High School and a dedicated educator with 30 years of experience in the field. With 20 of those years spent as a principal, Dr. Morrow has built a legacy of leadership that continues to positively shape the lives of students and staff alike.
Dr. Morrow is supported by her loving family, which includes her husband, Marssileno Morrow, and their three children: Kailee, Ivy, and MJ. Her family has been an important part of her journey, supporting her as she navigates the challenges and rewards of school leadership.
Reflecting on her career, Dr. Morrow shared that the most rewarding part of her role is witnessing the joy and excitement of her students each day. Whether it's seeing a student reach an academic milestone, sharing a high-five, or simply observing them enjoy the school environment surrounded by caring educators, she finds immense fulfillment in these moments. She also cherishes the connections built with her students, noting how special it is when they transition to other schools but still remember the small, meaningful experiences from their time at Annie Belle Clark or Northside.
However, the role of principal also comes with its challenges. For Dr. Morrow, one of the most difficult aspects is helping students believe in themselves when faced with challenging tasks or personal struggles. Guiding young students through these tough times and encouraging them to have confidence in their abilities is both a challenge and a calling she embraces.
Dr. Morrowβs leadership at Annie Belle Clark Elementary continues to impact countless students, helping to create a nurturing, encouraging environment where students can thrive and feel loved. Her ability to balance the joys and difficulties of school leadership is a testament to her deep commitment to education and her students.
Thank you , Dr. Morrow, for your service and dedication to Tift County Schools! #4theT
