The Budget and Finance Department is responsible for the school system's budgets, financial statement preparation, purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, benefits, general liability property/casualty, fleet and worker's compensation insurance as well as overseeing fundraisers, school activity accounts and booster club financials.
