We are very excited to announce that Mrs. Shae Tucker has been named as the principal at G.O. Bailey Elementary for the 2021-2022 school year. Mrs. Tucker is a graduate of Tift County High School and has just completed her 24th year as an educator with 20 of those years in Tift County. During her tenure she has served as a science teacher at Tift County High School and as an Assistant Principal at Annie Belle Clark Elementary, Tift County High School, and most recently Len Lastinger Elementary.
When asked about being selected for this position, Mrs. Tucker said, “It is an honor to serve as the principal of GO Bailey. I am excited to join and lead a great team where teachers, staff, students, and families are actively engaged in student success! I am looking forward to a wonderful school year where we will relentlessly pursue a culture of excellence!”
