Habitat Home Begins in September

Tift County High School and the community come together to build a Habitat home for Tifton. The 2010 Habitat for Humanity project began on September 2nd with a groundbreaking at the construction site. Roy Willis, John Tucker, and Tommy Johnson and their students have started constructing walls in their 4th block class.

School Pride Week

TCHS students showing SCHOOL PRIDE by getting involved!! All students are encouraged to visit different clubs and organizations this school year. Students have been learning about School Pride during Blue Devil Block.

2010 GHSGT Dates

Academy & ROTC Day

Are you interested in learning more about military academies?

The Annual Academy and ROTC Day is set for Sat., Sept. 11th, 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon at the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins.  Hosted by the office of Jim Marshall.

Representatives from all five United States Military Academies and Service ROTC programs, as well as Cadets and Midshipman, will be available to answer questions from parents and students.   Representatives from other Congressional Districts and Georgia's United States Senators will be present and will have their nomination packets available for distribution.  

All students interested in attending must make a reservation by contacting Ms. Adrianne West at (478) 464-0255 no later than Sept. 3, 2010.
