The procedure for withdrawing or transferring is as follows:

• Secure authorization withdrawal or transfer note from parent or guardian stating the date you will be leaving.
• Obtain appropriate forms from the school office.
• Have the form filled out by teachers, return all school books and property, and make sure all fees are paid. Be sure to check out in the library also.
• Take completed form to the school office for final clearance.
• Student records will be transferred by mail.
