A New School for Tift County Sixth Graders!

Scott Haskins - Principal

We welcome Mr. Scott Haskins as the principal of the new J.T. Reddick School. In February 2010, the Tift County Board of Education gave its unanimous support to restructure grades 4-6 and align the grade system to fit others in the state. The newly remodeled J.T. Reddick was chosen to house all sixth grade students in a new "middle school configuration".

Join us at JTR for an Open House on Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A PTO Meeting will be held from 7:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. in the Media Center after Open House. We look forward to seeing you then!

Report Card Highlights

  • Met Adequate Yearly Progress criteria in 11 out of 11 areas.
  • 92% of 6th graders met or exceeded standards on the English Language Arts CRCT.
