Our Spanish I class provides students with the basic foundation they will need in order to progress to Spanish II. Thematic units presented in cultural contexts that interest teen-agers, allow the students to practice vocabulary and language structures in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Video segments, audio CDs, workbook and computer activities, as well as colored pictures, support the textbook, Buen Viaje. Songs and games are also part of the curriculum and help make time spent in class more enjoyable.
