3 - Congratulations to Senior Brooke Hester who qualified as an individual this season to shoot in the state riflery match that was held this past Saturday at the Poole Complex on Ft. Benning in Columbus. She finished her shooting career by qualifying for the state finals on Saturday. She shot a 291 (a personal high) with 17 center shots. That was good enough to finish #8 out of 67 total shooters at the state finals match. Only eight shooters can qualify for the finals at the state championship. This is the first time in our short four years of shooting that we have had a shooter qualify as an individual shooter for the state finals based on her performance during the state championship match. We are extremely proud of her accomplishments this year.
