Dear Students and Parents:

On behalf of the faculty and staff of Eighth Street Middle School, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2007-2008 school year. The staff of Eighth Street Middle School is committed to providing a safe and supportive, yet academically challenging environment for our students. As a school community, we take great pride in our tradition of academic excellence and our ongoing commitment to providing our students with a comprehensive middle school program.

Eighth Street Middle School is excellent and getting better. With the hard work of our talented faculty, and the support of parents and the community, the best is yet to come. I am looking forward to working with the total school community and wish you all a successful year.
