Educational field trips have a proper place in the school program.  Supervision is furnished for students who go on such trips.  Each student will be given a field trip permission form to take home and have signed by a parent or guardian.  The form must be turned in to the activity sponsor and filed with the Principal or designee before permission to participate is granted.
