Student Spotlight: Writing Fair

Annie Belle Clark had some wonderful stories written this year to submit to the Tift County Writing Fair Contest. The authors of the stories had many strengths such as the voice in their stories, the way in which they engaged the readers, and their originality of their stories.  Annie Belle Clark’s Writing Fair Winners this year are as follows:

Excellence in Teaching Awards

In November, 2007 ten Tift County Teachers were tapped with Excellence in Teaching awards.  These ten teachers were presented a plaque and cash gift in their honor at a banquet in February, 2008.  Congratulations to Laura Pritchett!  We appreciate the excellence that you provide in your 3rd grade classroom at Annie Belle Clark Primary School.

• We would like to say “thank you” to the faculty, staff, parents, and students that have helped to make our Relay for Life team a success.  We have held several fundraisers this year to help raise money in finding a cure for cancer.  Your participation in candy sales, raffle tickets, hat days, etc. has been greatly appreciated!
