Dear Parents,

The purpose of our website is to provide the stakeholders of Annie Belle Clark with an opportunity to become better informed on the progress and future of our school. The faculty and staff of Annie Belle are committed to improving student learning and developing a positive school climate. We firmly believe that parent and stakeholder involvement is critical to the success of our school.

The only thing that has been constant since the new Annie Belle Clark opened in 2003 is change. Thirty-seven percent of the staff that helped open the school in August of 2003 is no longer working at Annie Belle. Principal Tammie Smith led Annie Belle Clark during its initial two years and was named the Tift County Curriculum Director for grades 4-6 prior to the 2005-2006 school term. It was my sincere honor to be named as principal of Annie Belle Clark for the 2005-2006 school term. Mrs. Smith and her administrative staff did a wonderful job of getting Annie Belle Clark started in the right direction. It is our goal to continue forward in our quest to meet the academic and social needs of each child at Annie Belle.

Annie Belle Clark Primary is indeed a very special school. The faculty and staff take great pride in each other, our students, our facility, and the wonderful relationship we maintain with our stakeholders. We hope this document will provide you with a more insightful look into our school.
