  • Bachelor of Science – Middle Childhood Education – Valdosta State University
  • Master of Education – Administration and Supervision – Valdosta State University
  • Education Specialist - Administration and Supervision – University of Sarasota
  • Doctorate - Administration and Supervision – Argosy University

Duties:

  • Provide the best possible leadership in areas of personnel, curriculum, facility maintenance, school finance, and student conduct
  • Evaluation of administrators, office staff, paraprofessionals, and certified staff
  • Adhere to and implement the policies of the Tift County Board of Education
  • Responsible for recommending staff for employment to the superintendent or his designee
  • Any other duties assigned by the Superintendent.

    Duties:
  • Maintain a system of managing student behavior that allows all students to learn in a safe and orderly environment
  • Coordinate the school testing program
  • Serve as Emergency Preparedness Coordinator
  • Evaluation of office staff, paraprofessionals, and certified staff
