- Doctorate - Administration and Supervision – Argosy University
Duties:
- Provide the best possible leadership in areas of personnel, curriculum, facility maintenance, school finance, and student conduct
- Evaluation of administrators, office staff, paraprofessionals, and certified staff
- Adhere to and implement the policies of the Tift County Board of Education
- Responsible for recommending staff for employment to the superintendent or his designee
- Any other duties assigned by the Superintendent.

- Maintain a system of managing student behavior that allows all students to learn in a safe and orderly environment
- Coordinate student and staff recoginitions.
- Oversee the department of exceptional children
- Evaluation of office staff, paraprofessionals, and certified staff
