Hello!

My name is Laurie White, RN. I am the school nurse for the Tift County Pre-K Center.

I will be assisting Pre-K students with various medical needs while here at school as well as communicating with you and your child’s teacher as to suggestions that I may have.

There are various forms that you may be asked to complete during the course of the school year that will assist me with providing the best possible care for your child. These forms may include the Student Health Record, Request for Assistive Administration of Medication, and a Food Allergy Information Sheet.

All of your help in providing this medical information will greatly help me give your child the best medical care possible while here at school.
